Our Iconic hotel is located in the heart of Launceston and is the perfect place to celebrate your next party.
We have great spaces for birthday parties, corporate events, and our recently refurbished function room can cater for the most intimate of groups to events with a guest list of well over 100. We do not cater for 18th or 21st birthday parties.
Our Roof Top Deck is the perfect location for your next Event! Awarded Tasmania’s Best Outdoor Experience in 2023 we pride ourselves on ensuring your event is one to remember.
Located on the 2nd floor of our venue we host a fully retractable roof to catch the beautiful Tasmanian sunshine and an industrial/commercial gas ceiling heater to ensure the Tassie winters are catered for with warmth and cover.
If you are looking to celebrate a birthday, engagement, work Christmas party or corporate event The Plough Inn Roof top is your perfect location. We offer canape, buffet and grazing table food options. If you are a sports enthusiast we have a newly appointed Canandian Club corner with comfy chairs to watch all your sport just like you are in your own living room but with all the venue atmosphere.

For each person that mentions your event when they book and confirm their own event you receive a $20 Plough Inn gift card.
For your guest
When they mention your event when confirming their own booking they receive a bottle of champagne and a hot combination platter for their night.
